FAQ

Do you have questions about our services?

From turnaround times to warranty coverage — here are the answers to the most common questions.

With a repair, we restore your unit and then send it back to you. The usual turnaround time is 5 to 15 business days.

With an exchange, we immediately send you a tested replacement unit from our exchange stock. You then send the defective unit back to us.

An exchange is the right choice when every hour of downtime counts.
